A male aide to Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) who filmed a sex video with another man in Room 216 of the Hart Senate Office Building late last year will not face charges.

Aidan Maese-Czeropski has been identified by multiple sources as the man seen in the video published by The Daily Caller last December.

Cardin fired the aide, and Maese-Czeropski suggested he was the victim of a homophobic political agenda.

“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked because those I love pursue a political agenda,” he wrote in a LinkedIn post.

Capitol Police: Having sex in the Senate is not a crime

Maese-Czeropski was under investigation and facing potential criminal charges after making the sexually explicit video shot in the Senate chambers.

The Capitol Police, according to Punch Bowl News founder Jake Sherman, released a statement updating their investigation.

The update is that the case is closed.

“For now, we are closing the investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding a sex video recorded inside the Hart Senate Office Building on the morning of Wednesday, December 13,” the statement read.

“After consulting with federal and local prosecutors, as well as conducting a thorough investigation and review of possible charges, it has been determined that, despite a likely violation of congressional policy, there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed “, the statement adds. .

Cardin’s aide was uncooperative

Ah, doesn’t it warm your heart to know that sex in the Senate is perfectly acceptable? I mean, don’t get mad at your date at a local theater though. This, my friend, is frowned upon.

But sex in the Senate is absolutely fantastic. Maybe senators will now open their own OnlyFans accounts and film live in the House.

There was a time when Democrats claimed to be the party of decency. Now, the differences between them and the Republicans are quite clear.

Gay sex in the Senate chamber? Safe. Walk peacefully through the Capitol (the majority)? It’s time to decorate your prison cell.

Coca Cola in the White House? Yawn. Sit silently in prayer in an abortion clinic? Don’t make plans for the next decade.

Showing your breasts to people at an official White House event? Yay! Complaining about your local school’s curriculum? Terrorists!

We sure would hate to see what it would be like if adults they weren’t back in office.

The Capitol Police statement alleges that both people involved in the Senate sex tape have not cooperated with the investigation. Why this is a necessity is a mystery since the incident was filmed.
