Trump has campaigned only once a week and is apparently in rapid decline, so the former president accused President Biden of using cocaine.

DJT: I don’t think so, but I hope it does. I think what happened is you know that white stuff that they found by accident, which was cocaine in the White House, I don’t know, I think there’s something going on there, because I looked at this State of the Union, and at first it was everything revved up. Ultimately, it was fading fast. There’s something going on there. I want to discuss. And I think debates, at least with him, should be drug tested. I want a drug test.
HH: Mr. President, are you suggesting that President Biden use cocaine?

DJT: I don’t know what he’s using, but it wasn’t, hey, it was higher than a kite. And by the way, he was the worst, the worst address I’ve ever seen, the State of the Nation. I will tell you, State of the Union, that it is not a State of the Union, because it does not adequately represent us. I can tell you this. But obviously he is being helped somehow, because most of the time he seems to be falling asleep. And all of a sudden he got up there and did a terrible job. But it was all revved up.
Biden wasn’t involved in anything. Unlike Donald Trump, the current president, who has released his medical records, is physically fit. It’s surprising how much more energy Biden has than Trump, but the current president watches his diet and exercises than he does. He doesn’t spend his days riding around in a golf cart eating junk food and devising ways to avoid a conviction for a crime.
Donald Trump has no real issue to deal with, so he is using his usual tabloid-style efforts to smear his opponent.
Trump doesn’t even have the energy to run a regular campaign. The former president can’t give a speech without having to read it on the teleprompter. Trump may be the weakest candidate among the major parties in nearly four decades, which is why he is trying to make excuses for Biden’s energy lead.
