On a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Podcast, Joe and his guest, conservative activist Chris Rufo, criticized Karine Jean-Pierre as a diversity hire and questioned whether there has ever been a worse White House press secretary.
They make some very valid points.
Under Trump, every White House press secretary was routinely mocked by Saturday Night Live and the media, but KJP consistently gets a pass despite being completely inept.

ROGAN: It’s interesting that it’s so fragile that it’s transparent, right? And he’s so transparent to the point that the White House press secretary accidentally tweeted as him from her account. Did you see it?
RUFO: Yeah.
ROGANO: Right? Which is wonderful. I love when that happens because it’s like, thank you. I was wondering and now I know, you know. I was really confused. I had a feeling it was you. Yes.
You know, and it’s, has there ever been a worse White House press secretary? She’s, she’s… How, how did she get that job? She is terrible at convincing people. There’s a group of die-hard, ideologically driven left-wing pundits on YouTube who could do a much better job. And they would be damn crazy about it. Like they’re crazy about it and the left will be like, yahhh! I mean, she’s not the right person. Like she’s fucking bad at this.
She gets called out for something all the time. He is constantly preparing for something. As if Peter Doocy always set her up. He talks to her, but…
RUFO: Doocy is awesome.
ROGAN: He’s so good. He will provide some of that. But then what do you think? And, you know, she’s just terrible at it.
RUFO: And she’s only been challenged by one person right in the briefing room and she still manages to mess up every day.
ROGAN: Well, it’s just that there’s so much craziness that she has to, like, hide.

Of course, KJP will be fine. When she leaves the White House, she will immediately be hired by CNN or MSNBC, just like Jen Psaki.
